If you're not happy with your purchase, email us. We only ask that you cover the costs of shipping (part of) your order back to us. Once we have received confirmation of your return package, we'll issue a refund for the amount you paid for your product(s) or resend you a product. This policy lasts for 60-days.
If a PenTip tears, please email us a picture and we'll reship a new one.
