YOU WILL RECEIVE:
You will receive a PDF file with a link where the files are hosted. As the files are very large is size (450 MB), and Etsy has a limit of max 100 MB, I had to host them on Dropbox. You do not need to have an account, you can just download using the link in the package.

Hoe lang duurt mijn bestelling?
Elke individuele PenTip ondergaat hier in Nederland een kwaliteitscontrole. Wij garanderen dat uw penpunten binnen 2-3 werkdagen het gebouw verlaten. We verzenden naar meer dan 230 bestemmingen over de hele wereld en we hebben een mooi overzicht gemaakt om uit te zoeken hoe lang het duurt voordat je PenTips bij je aankomen hier.
In het algemeen:
- Europees: Aankomst binnen 1-7 werkdagen na bevestiging van de verzending
- Intercontinentaal: 3-14 werkdagen na bevestiging van de verzending
- Australië, Nieuw-Zeeland en Israël: zeldzame vertragingen tot 68 dagen (december 2021)
We kunnen niet naar Zuid-Afrika verzenden.
Mogelijke vertragingen als gevolg van Covid-19-beperkingen (meer informatie). Momenteel kunnen we geen gratis internationale verzending aanbieden naar de volgende landen: Brazilië, India, Filippijnen, Koeweit, Zuid-Afrika, Colombia, Frans Réunion, Libanon, Brunei.
