The tracking link provided for these shipments does not give track & trace updates, and we realize that this can cause confusion.

Therefore, please note the following: For Australia, the estimated delivery timeframe is between 10 and 28 working days. For New Zealand, the estimated delivery timeframe is between 14 and 41 working days.
